Things to consider for post Hard Fork

Spell Timers - minimum blocks between Destructs?
Amount of Banks - More or Less (some fixed?)
Random Spawn Locations
Coin Spawn Amounts - should they be more even'd out.
Carry Capacity - Increase?
Extra Ability (like destruct - maybe for each colour)
Are colours required now - FFA (free for all pvp)?
Crown
Remove Disaster?
Decrease (or increase) General Cost
Traps
Armour
Ammo
Invisibility
Destruct Patterns
do something with game fund
NPCs

A non-gameplay thing is the way of how the best chain is set.

For example in the testnet-in-a-box, work is normally 17..18 million per block, slowly going up with difficulty. Algo and hash power don't make a big difference.
But a chain, when split at height=1686 work=62209911191 can end up like this

vs

SetBestChain: new best=b14fe03602ecc555e147  height=1708  work=62868696749

and time is running backwards.
