Yes me too. I know script hash rate dropped hugely.  Probably has something to dour with that.

I had one pending yesterday (out of 3000+ transactions) and the .01 trick cleared the double spend.

f2pool must must not be merge mining Scrypt anymore I would assume.

I had many many pendings yesterday.  I cancelled the transactions and rescanned the wallet and haven't had one today.

That was the first time its happened in a long time.  Thought it might have had something to do with a huge amount of hashpower dropping from the network.

Just looked at my transactions after the weekend, and I have 10 pendings from over the last few hours.

I am experiencing double spends fairly regularly again. Pretty comparable to they way it was several months ago. Deleting tx and sending .01 do fix the problem temporarily. I am running more volume than usual, partly to do some performance testing related to the browser stuff. So its not looking very good right now if these pendings keep happening all the time still. I wish I could provide more information about how/why they occur. I do not believe it is related to destructing while issuing moves this time.

I have been running a lot of volume also on testnet (more than the real game) also, but of course its just domob (sha) and me (scrypt) mining, so there isn't much of a network there for things to go poorly I suppose.

i solved current pending, in my client, by deleting pending tx (it's possible by right-click on the eye icon on the left of the "0 confirmation tx" in the mini-wallet window) and pressing the "delete transaction" then stopping the daemon ( typing stop in console) then restarting with rescan (typing restart true in console)

i don't know the cause too, maybe it's just that somehow miners throw away some tx

In this case, if it does not seem to be related to particular moves or anything but just "random", I think a better first information is to check whether the pending transactions are relayed to other nodes.  If you run multiple nodes, you can use "getrawmempool" to check if your tx got to the other node or not.

anyone able to test that?

do you think these tx are getting deleted again?

even though it looks like scrypt is getting mined by multiple miners now (random payout addresses? i..e not f2pool?),  if someone did not process the tx, it should get processed by other miners anyway (f2pool or others).

After having no pendings since the last disaster, I finally just ended up with three.

I did NOT see any pending appearing for the player names on another node.

Do you mean that the pending transactions did not go through to another node?  In that case, it would be interesting to see the log messages corresponding to why they were not accepted by the other node.  If you have such a pending tx, you can try to "getrawtransaction" it on the original node, and "sendrawtransaction" it on another node.  Does that work?  If not, what are the debug.log messages printed when you try to submit it?

Thanks for the details!  The tx tries to spend an output (e9e9d7807e5596adc7e1e50e373f09e3cea48ab89559ac68218fc3d41789204c:1) that belongs to the name Terrilyn1.  However, looking up Terryilyn1, it was last updated by tx e76814b50cb6f4625eea884d6679c4ecb17186da72b1c829e40ffbb0e0595209.  So the tx you sent is indeed invalid.  Presumably that's the case because Terrilyn1 was double-spent by some accepted transaction.  I guess you simply tried to recreate a new tx that finally got confirmed?
